We are asset disposal experts based in Hyde, Manchester. We value, market and auction plant, machinery and business assets for companies across the UK, and we handle the whole journey ourselves.

Most asset sales involve a chain of firms: a valuer, an auctioneer, a marketing agency, a haulier. Every hand-off in that chain is a gap for something to fall through, and nobody owns the result.
We built UK Auction Group to work differently. The team that values your assets is the team that catalogues them, markets the sale, runs the auction, collects the money and supervises the last load off site. One point of contact, one team accountable for the outcome.

We tell you what your assets are really worth and what the sale will really cost before you commit to anything. If auction is the wrong route, we say so.

Every lot is photographed and described accurately, faults included. Buyers who trust the catalogue bid harder, and they come back for the next sale.

A sale is often the end of something: a retirement, a closure, a chapter. We treat the assets, the premises and the people accordingly.
Deadline discipline
Lease breaks, completion dates and handovers do not move. Our sale plans are built backwards from your date, and we keep to them.
